Recoveries & Optimization:

Our analysis can get back money spent on data lines, land lines, and wireless. We research errors and overcharges and get recoveries that, sometimes, go back years. We also optimize costs going forward. Our recommendations take into account business needs, traffic patterns, the use of current technology and programs, anticipated growth, and a host of other issues. Most of our optimizations do not even require a change in providers.

This service also provides ongoing support to our clients. All accepted recommendations are implemented by our analysts and every month we continue to monitor costs and make more recommendations as savings opportunities arise. In addition, we provide clients with call support that addresses any telecom problems or questions that they may have. The Sygnal Group becomes, in effect, a self-funding telecommunications management department. Our resources and expertise give clients a tremendously valuable resource. Not only do we improve the bottom line, but our clients save great deal of time on management issues.

Telecom Expense Management (TEM):

Telecom Expense Management is a process to help give greater visibility to telecom expenses for improved cost control, expense allocation or recovery, budgeting, asset allocation and tracking, contract compliance, and invoice verification. All with reduced management costs. Once telecom systems have been optimized then the TEM process can deliver tremendous long-term value.

The process moves from bill audits and vendor contract compliance, through to management reporting, expense allocation, and asset management. We work with our clients to design and implement a TEM solution that meets their particular needs. In some cases it is an outsourced software solution that we maintain. In other cases, we implement the process and training to enable an in-house solution.

Wireless Management:

Complex pricing schemes, an increasingly mobile workforce, and the variable nature of each individual's usage all combine to make it a significant challenge just to identify every mobile device being used in an organization, let alone get a true understanding of the total usage and expense. For most companies, wireless expenses are the fastest growing and least understood of any telecom expense category.
