Nermine Shaker has a Masters of Science degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University in addition to her degrees in Economics, Business, and Data Communications. With more than twenty-five years of experience in planning, implementing, managing and consulting on telecommunications projects, she has generated millions of dollars worth of savings.

Nermine’s success in systems implementation covers a wide range of communications technologies spanning web conferencing, voice and video communications software and hardware, installation and testing of complex integrated voice/data systems, building and maintaining network databases, call center design, implementation and operations, and wireless communications systems.

She has worked on projects with dozens of telephone companies, bypass carriers and other interexchange carriers, as well as the tier one communications companies. Her experience and industry contacts provide clients with the highest level of project work and cost savings.
